Final pricing is determined by site assessment, pest-risk profile, monitoring coverage, frequency, access requirements and approved service scope. Monitoring devices, consumables, initial treatments, unit treatments, exclusion work and other corrective services may be charged separately.
How the scope works
RID identifies potential problems through routine monitoring and coordinates the appropriate corrective response when intervention is required. Additional work is scoped, priced and approved before proceeding.

Not every observed condition requires paid treatment — many are resolved through sanitation, storage or maintenance recommendations.
Approval & documentation
RID IQ records the finding, location, photos, recommendation, authorization, completed work and verification. Review recommendations before work proceeds, or agree to pre-authorization limits where appropriate.
